As many of you know, Webb Municipal Finance, LLC (WMF) became a separate entity from Albert A. Webb Associates (WEBB) in 2018 due to the rules imposed by the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) requiring consultants providing certain types of advice to municipal agencies to register with the SEC and Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB).
Operating with a fresh new brand, WMF continues to provide the same valuable services our team has offered which includes special tax consulting, assessment engineering, annual administration, formation and annexation services, auditing and verification, delinquency management, continuing disclosure and dissemination, comprehensive regulatory reporting, and program management of special financing districts.
As we look to the future, we hope to continue to grow and build on our reputation as a trusted solutions provider, offering nothing but the highest standards of service to our customers, both existing and new.
