WMF currently performs administrative services for the City of Temecula’s Assessment District (AD), Community Facilities Districts (CFD), and the Temecula Community Service District’s Service Levels. WMF has also provided services for the formation of a Municipal Services CFD within the City.

We provide the City with various reports such as the Annual Engineer’s Reports, Assessment Rolls, Annual Levy Reports, and Levy Audit Maps. Additionally, WMF prepares and files the annual California Debt and Investment Advisory Commission Reports. Each report, listed below, includes the necessary information relating to each applicable CFD’s principal amount of bonds outstanding, fund balances, assessed value information, and delinquency information.
